Why we created FreshEar Co

Like many people, we had been using cotton swabs our whole lives. And like many, we ended up at the ENT for earwax blockages — a $200 visit, repeated several times a year.

ENTs have been saying it for years: cotton swabs push earwax deeper instead of removing it, and can damage the eardrum. But a real at-home alternative didn't exist.

So we created FreshEar: an electric ear cleaner that's simple to use, painless, with adjustable pressure and a transparent reservoir to see the results.

📦 When will I receive my order?

💬 How do I maintain my FreshEar?

After each use, empty the reservoir and rinse the tip with clean water. Let it air dry. The tips are interchangeable and can be replaced if needed.

👌 Is it difficult to use?

Not at all. Fill the reservoir with warm water, choose your tip, adjust the pressure, and let the device do the work. Everything is explained in the included instructions.

💧 Does it hurt?

No. The water jet is gentle and the pressure is fully adjustable, from the softest to the strongest setting. It's much more comfortable than cotton swabs and safe for the eardrum.

🧐 Why not just use a cotton swab?

ENTs have been advising against them for years: cotton swabs push earwax deeper into the ear canal and can damage the eardrum. FreshEar uses a water jet that safely removes earwax outward.
